Patrolman DiGiacomo from the Pine Hill Police Department spoke at the 2nd Commemorative Celebration of the signing of the Overdose Prevention Act. Patrolman DiGiacomo spoke to the captivated audience of over 150 people about the overdose victims he has saved with the overdose reversal drug called Naloxone.
